Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. To confirm your order, simply click the link provided in the email. After confirmation and payment processing, we will begin preparing your order, keeping you updated on any changes.
Calculating Delivery Time
The estimated delivery date of your package is calculated as follows: Dispatch Date + Delivery Time.
Product Availability
Each product has a specified shipping time, ranging from 4 business days to several weeks (for hard-to-find items). While we strive to provide accurate stock status information, delays can sometimes occur. If the delivery time is extended, we will inform you promptly. The processing time starts at the moment of payment receipt for the ordered products.
Possible Delays
In some cases, adverse weather conditions (such as severe frost or high temperatures) can affect the delivery time. In such situations, we will contact you to arrange individual delivery terms. For orders consisting of multiple products, the delivery time is adjusted to the product with the longest processing time. Partial deliveries are also possible; just let us know your preferences.
