Why a gel beats a capsule.

A capsule dissolves in one spot in the drum, so the cleaning power lands unevenly, with residue and under-washed patches. This gel disperses through the water from the first second and coats every garment evenly. No residue, no missed spots, and full control over the dose.

10 ml for a normal load (soft water, everyday soil, a 4–5 kg drum).
12–15 ml for more — hard water, a full drum or heavier soiling.
Rub a little straight onto tough stains before the wash.
Pour into the detergent drawer and wash from 30°C as usual.

Up to 100 washes per litre, around four to five months of laundry for a typical household.
