Warranty and Claims

At EliX, we value your satisfaction. Therefore, please keep your payment proofs and original packaging until the warranty period expires, as they are necessary for filing any claims.

Before accepting the package:

Before accepting the package, check if there are no visible damages. If you notice any issues, refuse delivery and contact us at info@airfree.cluster100.hosting.ovh.net.

For product defects or non-conformity:

Return the product to us with a written statement describing the claim, requested compensation, return address, and bank details (shipping costs are covered by the customer).

Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by email or phone about how the claim will be handled.

Products that are not returnable:

Please note that we do not accept products that are unprotected or have a removed/damaged protective strip, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

For unfounded complaints:

Within 14 working days, we will provide a detailed justification and return the product, covering the shipping costs.

Product Returns

According to regulations, you can return a product within 14 calendar days of its receipt, without giving any reason, applicable to consumer sales.

Return process:

Send the undamaged product in the original packaging, covering the shipping costs.

Include a written statement expressing the desire to return the product and provide the account number for the refund.

Within 5 business days of receiving the package, we will check for any signs of use or damage.

If no problems arise, we will notify you by email and refund the amount within 7 business days to the provided account or payment card.

Rejected returns:

If the return is rejected due to damage or signs of use, we will inform you within 7 business days and send the product back to the return address, covering the shipping costs
